1 General Provisions

These Terms govern the entire relationship between hbji and its registered players with respect to the use of the hbji platform at hbji.io, including all sports betting, live casino, slot games, virtual games, and any other products or services made available through the platform.

By creating an account on hbji.io, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 21 years of age;
• Are legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction;
• Have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them;
• Will use the hbji platform solely for personal recreational purposes and not for any commercial or professional gambling activity;
• Are opening an account on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

hbji reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register an account on hbji, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);
• You must be at least 21 years of age;
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform;
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of hbji.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) account on hbji. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any funds or bonuses accumulated across multiple accounts may be forfeited at hbji's sole discretion.

Identity Verification (KYC): hbji operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit government-issued identity documentation — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence — before your first withdrawal is processed. hbji reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Management & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your hbji account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.

hbji will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials. You must notify hbji immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

hbji employs bank-grade SSL/TLS encryption across all pages of hbji.io to protect data in transit. However, no internet transmission can be guaranteed as completely secure, and players acknowledge this inherent limitation.

You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details associated with your account remain current and accurate. hbji will use the registered email address and mobile number as the primary means of communication regarding your account, transactions, and any changes to these Terms.

hbji reserves the right to carry out additional security verification checks on any account at any time. During such checks, we may temporarily restrict certain account functions, including withdrawals, pending satisfactory completion of the verification process.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: hbji accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your hbji wallet in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposit transactions are processed in real time or near-real time, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method; mobile banking withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 24 hours, while bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.

Fees: hbji does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which hbji bears no responsibility.

• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that is registered in your own name;
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5;
• hbji reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal;
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once placed as a bet or wager;
• hbji is not a bank and your account balance does not accrue interest.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

hbji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. The specific terms of each promotion — including the bonus amount or percentage, eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal from bonus funds — are set out in the individual promotion's terms and conditions, which form part of these Terms.

General rules applicable to all hbji bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms;
• Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied;
• If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements for an active bonus, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited;
• hbji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or abuse of promotional terms will be forfeited and the relevant accounts may be closed;
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, IPL, or T20 World Cup are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion;
• hbji's decision on all bonus and promotion matters is final.

Where any conflict exists between the general bonus rules above and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6 Betting Rules & Sportsbook

hbji's sportsbook covers a wide range of sports and events, with a particular focus on cricket markets including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), ICC T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and all international fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers. Football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports are also available.

The following general betting rules apply to all sportsbook wagers placed on hbji:

• All bets are final once confirmed. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify the selection, odds, and stake before confirming a wager;
• Bets placed on events that have already commenced (other than designated in-play markets) will be void;
• Minimum bet amounts and maximum payout limits apply to each market and are displayed at the time of bet placement;
• In-play betting markets are suspended and settled in accordance with verified official results from the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, etc.);
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or relocation, hbji will settle bets in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules;
• hbji reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds resulting from a technical error or manifest pricing mistake;
• Accumulator and combination bets are subject to the same general rules, with individual legs voided where the event is cancelled;
• Winnings are credited to the player's account upon official settlement of the relevant event.

7 Casino & Games Rules

hbji's casino products — including live dealer tables, video slots, and virtual games — are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own rules displayed within the game interface.

The following general rules apply to all casino and games activity on hbji:

• All game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by physical dealing and roulette mechanics in live dealer games;
• Game results are final once the round is completed. Technical malfunctions render the relevant game round void;

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hbji and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the hbji platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bet outcomes in sports betting or casino games;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting using hbji bonus funds, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors;
• Using automated software, scripts, bots, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or gain advantage;
• Accessing the hbji platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited;
• Allowing or assisting a person under the age of 21 to access or use your hbji account;
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions processed by hbji;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or offensive toward hbji staff or other platform users.

hbji employs real-time fraud detection and transaction monitoring systems. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in cases of suspected financial crime or prohibited conduct. Where hbji identifies prohibited activity, we reserve the right to retain account funds pending investigation without prior notice.

9 Responsible Gaming

hbji is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing players with the tools they need to manage their betting activity safely. If gambling is causing you financial, emotional, or social harm, please make use of our responsible gaming tools or contact our support team immediately.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your hbji account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period;

10 Account Suspension & Closure

hbji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider;
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so;
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or voluntary closure request.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, hbji reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is found, the balance will be returned within 10 business days.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact hbji support at [email protected]. Voluntarily closed accounts with a positive real-money balance will have funds returned to the verified payment method on file within 5 business days, subject to KYC completion.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the hbji platform — including but not limited to the hbji brand name and logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, images, audio, video, software code, and game content — is either owned by hbji or licensed to hbji by third-party content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hbji platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

1. Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from hbji.io;
2. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform;
3. Create derivative works based on hbji content;
4. Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from hbji content;
5. Use hbji's brand name, logo, or trademarks for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

Third-party game content available on hbji remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is used by hbji under licence. Players must not attempt to access, extract, or reproduce such content outside of the normal game interface.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hbji, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the hbji platform;
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity arising in connection with the hbji platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform, whether planned or unplanned;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, results, or content displayed on hbji.io;
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided by third-party game studios or payment providers.

hbji's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit hbji's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

hbji collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account on hbji, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, hbji collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration, identity verification, and ongoing KYC compliance;
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and resolving payment disputes;
• Delivering customer support services;
• Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited activities;

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to hbji's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.

In the event of a dispute regarding any betting outcome, account transaction, bonus calculation, or other platform matter, you should contact hbji's customer support team in the first instance at [email protected]. Our support team will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". hbji will provide a written final decision within 28 days of receipt of a formal complaint.

hbji's decision on all matters relating to the settlement of bets, application of bonus terms, account actions taken under these Terms, and game outcomes is final and binding, except where an error on hbji's part is clearly demonstrated.
